update from base camp

Howdy my sweet Bloggers and Bloggets

So what can I say………Easter is coming up soon it looks like most ppl are heading home for Easter myself included even if it does mean a 12 hr drive home…..cant wait for that lol long drives are so boring.

Anyway so I just though I would come say hi I haven’t don’t so in a week or so so here I am sayin whats up :D

I have a big Modern Music Essay due during Easter so I hope to have it all done before I head off so in the next few days….i think that is wishful thinking I also have a Ancient History essay due at the same time but I have to Post that one  not looking forward to that one either

So academically I seem to be bombing out here but socially my weekend was good we have a Party on the Friday night that was fun………..ok I lie I was the Driver so NO booze for me *sob* but I lived granted I was yelling at a girl in my car to put her seatbelt on after I stoped the car in the middle of a highway bridge to yell at her :D

But it was all ok because we went to a house warming the next day Saturday and that was just up around the corner so DRINKS ALL ROUND it was a fun night and Sunday we had Performances at Uni to attend so I guess it was a total waste of a weekend……………or was it :D

so so long im sorry i missed you

Hey there Bloggers and Bloggets sorry I haven’t posted anything in SOOOOO long but its been busy and ever time I go to post something well I get side tracked so let me fill you in on some happenings of my life

So as you should all know I am now a poor Uni student who goes CQUM (Central Queensland University Mackay) it’s a nice place to live I was so happy I would be moving to the beach and I have been here a month now and yeah still haven’t been to a beach I haven’t even been to a pool let alone a beach.

Uni is good we started it with 2 weeks of boot camp then put on a showcase at the end of it GOOD TIMES :D

Fo anyone wondering boo tcamp wasn’t like army boot camp (dear gods NO I would of died) this was like music theatre boot camp so not as………straight lol no that’s a bad way of putting it but year there was dance workshops and vocal gym ect ect by the end of the 2 weeks we had a dance some monologues and a few songs to put on for the public…..and about 9 ppl turned out I kid you not there wasn’t all that many ppl anyway I ramble after this we had auditions for our term 1 show Caberet and we had Dale Pengally (he was the boy from oz) come in for that he will be returning afterwards to direct it all for us at the end of the year.

What else can I tell yas well……….we had a Cyclone I always wanted to be in one and TADA!! One more thing to (tick) off my list so we survived Mackay wasn’t badly hit a bit up north got the worst of it we where running around in the rain and wind funnily enough till just after midnight when the rain got really bad and it started to sting *sobs*

So yeah we lost power for a day and had a few trees fall over here and thears but others lost cars and boats and houses from it so we where lucky I guess but the news BLEW the whole thing outta proportion making it sound like we had all DIED!! :D funny ppl

On that loverly note my sweet Bloggers and Bloggets im gonna stop typing here because I should go study or something I have a HUGE essay due soon for Modern Music *shudder* and just after it another for History L
