Why Hellooooo there my faithful Bloggers and Bloggets
i know i havent posted anything in so long but i have been busy ( i know i always say that but this time i mean it) with gettin ready for exams and all that super fun junk :D
so we have Con-Text coming up soon and its a way for the 3rd yr students to get there Directing skilles marcked and an easy way for us 1st and second years to get assesed on junk as well
so what is Con-Text you might say well im glad you asked :D
Con-Text is a show our Uni puts on at the end of ever filled with short plays
i love this idea because the Drama kids have a fair go at getting roles in them cause lets face it their not musicals :D
so i have been cast as a Lead in one about a guy called Donald who has just died and they look back on his life at desiccation he has made...its funny as you will just have to trust me
and the other show im on stage for is Bobbys Brain where im his pre-frontal cortex :D im nerdy in that one and its a real hoot as well that play
and then i am DSM for another show so i will be the guy side stage calling the show and all the ques so that will be good somthing else to pass the marks.
along with Con-Text we also have exams at the moment and then once its all over we start Choices (thats a show we are touring as 2 teams for 2 weeks) heading to schools and spreading the word of play safe and all that to high School kids about Schoolies (there big end of school partys)
so we dont get payed but its great to have on a resume and it gives us more preforming time and its fun so i have that on my plate also so i will try and blog thoughout that time aswell
then im off home for the holidays back to work in Dalby with the family ect ect
so thats a quick look at my life for the rest of this month till the end of October :D
