Bad Man

Hi there my little bloggers and bloggets
so last weekend i went to a Heroes and Villains party and this makes me think tonight of being the Bad Guy :(

(a little back story)
my work calls for me to enforce the rules here at the uni accommodation where i live and i do that but i have been criticized as being to weak and lenient with my fellow students :(
and this in tern has almost lost me my job

i dont like to play the bad guy but i have to so i do it dosent worry me what people say or think about me....but having said that everyone cares what others think of them its a fundamental part of being human deriving from the fear of being cast out of a safe society and then being killed off ect very old roots to an everyday problem

anyway just build up the walls and all will be fine right :D

how are you my little bloggers and bloggets

So i just got back form a nice few days in Melbourne the Uni sent a bunch of us there to preform at the 2011 international drug and alcohol conference
All we had to do was give up a around 2 hours of our time and preform our Choices show to some people and we got a free trip to Melbourne for 4 days :D

This was the second time i have been sent to Melbourne with the Uni and it just makes me think back to Edinburgh i miss it SOOOO much.
Anyway while there i got to spend more time with 2 guy friends of mine and if you have read a few of my past blogs you will know i dont really have many guy friends i have always just gotten along with girls much better and anyway i always feel awkward when the conversation turns to sex its not secret im a virgin im not going to deny it im almost 23 and still haven't had sex.
I have just never really felt that close to ANYONE in my life that i want to be THAT close to them......i think its kinda sad but im content with it i guess.

Anyway i think i have typed enough i will let you all go (yes i know no one reads this shh)

Hey Bloggers and Bloggets

so i have a big on my mind at the moment.........so you get it all

ok so i have heard that one of the new guys in our Uni course are thinkin of droppin out and applying for a different Uni :(

this is super sad for me and i dont know why
i mean sure a friend is goin but i feel more here
i genuinely feel sad and will feel bad if he leaves
you see i dont have many guy friends its easy for me to make friends with all the girls but i always feel i dont really have anything to talk about with the guys and well im just so comfortable around this one i feel we are great friends we can just sit around and watch movies and stuff its fun

so i just thought i would mention it here get it off my chest so to speak
i dont want to say dont go to him cause well its his choice i will miss him but a friendship shouldn't stop him from getting the education he wants and needs he does have alot of talent he just needs to fine tune his art and lets face it the Uni im at isnt the best for the course we are doing im only here cause well no one else would take me :S

anyway i dont want to say to him stay but i dont want to say go so im just gonna stay neutral and play the part of Switzerland

anyway i just needed to vent

Hi my little Bloggers and Bloggets

Born this way.....yes its a great song by the great Lady Gaga and it was the topic of a Glee eps i just finished watching (best eps ever just sayin) but it got me thinkin about what people always say.

I tell people to be happy with themselves ect and play the good friend but there is so much that i dont tell people. I will bare a little here.....well simply because no one will find it ;)
I am VERY careful what information i give out to people about myself i know exactly who i have told what i have been doing this since primary school, i just dont feel comfortable with one person knowing to much about me. Dont ask me why its just the way i work. there are things about me that friends in the UK only know and there are things about me that only friends here in Australia know.
What im gettin at is everyone has secrets i just happen to have a butt load that i dont want people to know about...for security reasons im not gonna mention any on here because well there is always that little chance someone will find it :D
Never put something into writing you dont want another person to read if you dont want people to know dont write it dont say it just think it.
On that note i think this will do for now
i feel like an ass just typing this but hey its gotta be done
its a relese a vent

LEST WE FORGET!

LEST WE FORGET!
a simple enough little phrase but everyone knows it and everyone know what it means and stands for but for everyone it means and stands for different things
There are moments that stay with a person for the whole life and as soon as they happen you know it. one of these moments for me was being there on the shores of Gallipoli in 2009 at the Anzac Day Dawn service.
that for me i will NEVER FORGET
im not a big fan of war but to state that wars are pointless is just historically ignorant.

we are who we are today because of these wars having said that in NO WAY am i glorifying war either.
there are only a few things i can say for certain in this world and one of them is as long as i an alive
WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THEM...LEST WE FORGET

new beginnings

hey Bloggers and Bloggets so its been a long time
but i needed to post
so last post was back in.....wow Australia Day well its Easter now long time
quick over view
Uni has started again
new people to play with :D
new friends
new musical done and gone
new feelings (another post maby)

so yeah i thought i would get back into my blogging cause its always nice to be able to vent and not have anyone actually read my entry's

Just a quick check up and Vid

Hey there Bloggers and Bloggets
so today is the 25th of Jan and that means tomoz is Australia Day
this day has kinda become a circus for our family
we get dressed up and drink.....thats what you do at the circus.......right?
So today i just thought i would just check in and let ya know whats been goin on in my life.
So i head back to uni in the next 3 or so weeks so i will be back up in Mackay so thats gonna be different this year i will not be on G-Street like last year i will be right on campus this year...i hope this is the thing i have to bitch about right now
CQUni is SHIT!!! with general communication we know nothing everyone is in the dark right now we dont know if we have or havent got rooms yet we dont know when we can move in i am an Student Mentor for 2011 and i dont know know when i am ment to be back for the rest of my training or anything they are just unorganized and dare i say disconnected from there students, which is a very bad thing for a University.

On a brighter note all the flood waters are gone and Dalbys almost back to normal now we have staff being able to get back into work so i am back to my small crappy Hrs at work but i guess i can live with that i can Hurry now to finish off the class i am taking over the holidays.

and.......thats about it for now guys keep an eye out on my YouTube channel i am trying to make more videos there now i hope i can anyway
there is a new one up at the moment with pics from my Facebook from the past few years of my life so if you wanna see what i have been up to the Video up the top of this Blog will show ya.

QUEENSLAND FLOODS (Dalby Flood 10/01/11)

Floods Hit Dalby AGAIN!!

Hey Bloggers and Bloggets

Well im still here, for those of you who are new to me i live im back home from Uni on holidays at the moment in Dalby yes Flood infested Dalby :(

so every time the waters go down they come right back up again :( its heat braking to see everyone going though this over and over again....we are fine were i live we are on one of the highest parts of town but everyone in surrounding areas are flooded in or out of town as we are blovked off from the outside world again

we are running out of waters again they have been trucking in drinking water for us but with the roads cut by flood waters we are running out again :(

the waters ment to peack again tonight and if all goes well and we get no more rain and up the river gets no more we should be right

i went out yesterday before the waters went down to get a bit of footage for you to see what goin on here in town so head to this link and have a little look at dalby :(

My heart goes out to the people of Toowoomba who got hit with flash flooding yesterday there is 10 confirmed dead and over 70 missing right now so my thought are with them and again tonight as Ipswich and now Brisbane are hit with these floods

More floods

Hi there my lovely Bloggers and Bloggets
so if i recall there was flooding around this time last year was there not?
i remeber there was flooding a bit more up north on the flatter ground but this year its hit us well and propper i hope it all goes down in the next 5 weeks or i cant get to Uni *eep*

so im in Dalby and we have had big flood here as you can see in the pic above this is the ramp leading downstairs to the underground packing in the shopping center i work in.

but as i say this there are people in Dalbys surrounding areas who have been hit ALOT worse then us in town and up in Emerals and Chinchila even Bundy these places have been totally under water for a while now the army was even sent in to evacuate ppl

right now im listerning to a muisical soundtrack to try and get a feel for a show we are doing this year but more on that as we get closer to it

with uni this year im a Student Mentor and i have also applied for a RA position on Res so i hope all goes well i will let ya knwo how that all goes

on that note i have work in a hr so i better eat somehitng and get ready
